About the Course This course aims to provide workers with knowledge and skills that are appropriate and specific to the company's work reality, which will allow the application of general measures in Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace. Target audience: Company employees Prerequisites: Internet connection and access to the GPMédicos Learning Platform Certification: An automatic training certificate is issued at the end of the training. General Objectives: at the end of this training, trainees should be able to: • Know the basic concepts related to Occupational Safety • Know the general principles of prevention; • Understand the risk prevention and control measures; • Know the collective and individual protective equipment; • Know the basics of intervention in emergency situations Methodologies The entire course takes place asynchronously on the ACADEMIA GPMEDICOS platform. Each module provides teaching resources that may consist of manuals, videos, links, among others. The activities can be carried out according to your availability, with no set time, and there may be a time limit to complete your training. The assessment is based on the completion of the various stages. When accessing the platform, the work plan and the various stages are made available, as well as the moments for assessing knowledge. Each trainee is approved upon completion of the various stages of the course and with at least 50% correct answers in the knowledge assessment.
